The fall season is quickly approaching, which means colder temperatures, crisp winds, and dry air. Because of this, it’ll be important to boost hydration and cut back on drying products. This means your skincare routine should include an intense moisturizer and you should cut back on using exfoliators and cleansers that leave your skin feeling tight.

Summer usually calls for lightweight products to prevent stickiness, and while these products can work in the fall as well, it really depends on where you live and the climate. People in areas where there isn’t a drastic change in weather or air between the seasons can definitely get away with using the same products. If you live in northern or high altitude areas where there is a more dramatic change in weather, switching to new, thicker products may be what’s best for your skin and prepping for the winter months ahead. You also have to remember that we all have various skin types and attributes, so you may find that sticking to a set routine works best for your skin, but someone else may need to switch products every few months to keep getting effective results.

Our C2 3-Step-System is really the jack of all trades and a great choice for the fall! It has been proven to boost hydration within the first week of use and will protect your skin from the cold air! From September-December, we would recommend using our Advanced Hyaluronic Hydrating Primer, then our Apple Stem Cell Regenerating Serum, followed by our Citrus Stem Cell Intense Moisture Lock Creme. Not only will these products boost hydration, but they will also help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and even out your skin tone.

Want your skin to really glow in spite of the drying winds? Also be sure to add a facial oil to your routine. A lot of people don’t use them, but they are great for the fall and winter months. You can get away with using a lighter moisturizer if you use a facial oil along with it and these oils make your skin feel super soft and nourished!
