Between the constant changes in temperature and the fact that flu viruses are more stable in cold air, there’s a good chance you’ll be dealing with at least one cold this fall or winter. Follow our four best cold fighting tips to relieve your cold fast!

Water Droplets

A vaporizer or a humidifier is a MUST during cold season. It puts moisture in the air and acts as an expectorant – inhaling the water droplets will  help loosens up chest mucus and moisturize your body from the inside out. Using one at night while you sleep will help you lose the groggy voice in the morning. It will also moisturize your skin.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken noodle soup has been clinically shown to improve a cold. It can help with inflammation and reduce congestion. Plus it tastes good too!

Zinc Gluconate

At the first sign of a cold – take Zinc Gluconate (Cold Eze). It helps to prevent viruses from replicating so it can help to shorten your cold.

Protect Your Upper Lip

Before you grab a tissue, dab a drop of C2 Squalane + Vit E Oil below your nose and above your lip to prevent nose-blowing chaffing. The last thing you want while battling a cold is chaffed, irritated skin!
